Hadrout is announcing a war on the Detroit Web Mafia's fiscal unfairness towards the city's small and medium business owners by creating a new regulatory agency called Web D Project - a program uniting Detroit's business owners seeking quality & affordable web representation.

In collaboration with the Michigan Historical Commission and DEGC, Hadrout launched the official website of Detroit's Capitol Park, the birthplace of Michigan's democracy and states preeminent historic site.
